Shipping - We offer FREE delivery for all US & Canadian orders over $99 and a flat rate of $14.99 for orders less than $99.

Exchanges and returns - These  are complimentary and we use UPS as our primary delivery service. If your order is under $99 a shipping charge will be expected for returns/exchanges. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be approved.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund. Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for refund. Please contact customer service to assist with an exchange if available. You will be required to cover shipping costs on any final sale exchanges.


Picadilly aims to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, and returns are no exception. We offer free returns or exchanges on any item purchased at Picadilly online to both Canada and US. Some exceptions may apply.

Within 15 days of receiving any online purchase you are welcome to return or exchange your purchase as long as it is: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags. Picadilly offers free shipping for returned or exchanged items by mail in Canada and US as long as the return adheres to our terms.

How do I return something?

Click here to start your return process. Once we have received the items and processed the return we will refund your purchase. Please allow 2 weeks processing for the refund. Refunds do not include initial shipping charges. A shipping charge of $14.99 will be deducted from any refunds if your final items total does not reach the $99.

I ordered several items but only want to return one, can I do that?

Absolutely. Only fill in the return information for the item you would like to return. We will only refund you for that one item.

I purchased a Picadilly item at a retailer that carries Picadilly, can I return it online?

No, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased at Any item purchased through a retailer or partner must be returned to that retailer and adhere to their return policies.


In order to receive a full refund / exchanged item customer must adhere to Picadilly's terms.
Any item must not be tampered with, damaged, or worn. If item is received damaged, please make note on return form and we will review at time of return. Any return or exchange must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
